Shipping and Exchange Policy

Zealvert® Consulting primarily provides intangible professional services including consulting, business process automation, and project management. This Shipping and Exchange Policy ("Policy") applies to any physical deliverables, documents, or tangible materials that may be provided as part of our service engagements. It is compliant with applicable Indian consumer protection laws.


1. Nature of Deliverables

The primary deliverables of our services are intangible, including reports, process maps, automation scripts, project plans, presentations, and other digital documents. These are delivered electronically via email or a secure file-sharing platform. In certain cases, we may provide physical materials such as printed reports, bound documentation, or physical storage devices. This Policy governs such physical deliverables.

2. Delivery of Digital Deliverables

Digital deliverables are shared via email or designated project management / file-sharing platforms.

  • Delivery timelines are as agreed in the relevant Statement of Work or Agreement.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses or technical issues on the Client's end.
  • Re-delivery of digital documents can be requested by writing to us at consult@zealvert.com within 30 days of original delivery.

3. Shipping of Physical Materials

3.1 Dispatch and Charges

Where physical materials are to be delivered, they will be dispatched via a reputable courier or logistics provider within India. Shipping costs, if any, will be disclosed at the time of engagement and itemised separately on the invoice. GST on shipping charges will be levied as applicable under prevailing tax laws.

3.2 Delivery Timelines

Domestic deliveries within India typically take 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Remote or difficult-to-access locations may take longer. Please note that we are not liable for delays attributable to courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

3.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage to physical deliverables passes to the Client upon handover to the courier or logistics provider.

4. Exchange of Physical Materials

Exchanges for physical materials will be considered if the material received is materially defective, damaged in transit, or does not match the agreed deliverable. Exchange requests must be raised within 7 calendar days of receipt by writing to consult@zealvert.com with the following:

  • A description of the defect or discrepancy
  • Photographs or supporting evidence of the issue
  • Invoice or engagement reference number

Upon verification, we will arrange for collection of the original item and re-delivery of the replacement material at no additional cost.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following are not eligible for exchange:

  • Digital or electronic deliverables once delivered
  • Physical items that have been used, altered, or are no longer in original condition
  • Items where the request is made after 7 days of receipt
  • Custom-printed or specially produced materials commissioned to Client specifications
