Zealvert® Consulting | Effective Date: March 2026 This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the terms under which engagements with Zealvert® Consulting may be cancelled and whether refunds are applicable. The following cancellation charges apply: Full fees remain payable if a fixed-price engagement has been agreed. If you cancel an engagement after work has commenced: Zealvert® Consulting reserves the right to cancel an engagement due to non-payment, breach of terms, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). In the event of cancellation by us for reasons other than the Client's default, we will refund amounts paid for work not yet commenced within 15 business days. All approved refunds will be processed via the original payment mode (bank transfer, NEFT/RTGS, or payment gateway reversal as applicable). We are not responsible for any delays caused by the banking system or payment gateway beyond our control. The following are non-refundable under any circumstances: If you believe a refund has been incorrectly denied or processed, you may raise a grievance by writing to us at consult@zealvert.com with the subject line "Refund Dispute – [Your Name / Invoice Number]".
